Product Information

1. High-resilience foam produced by our systems have mixed distributions of cell diameters, different thicknesses of the skeletons, and large open porosity. When compressed, they will produce different supportive rebound forces under different deformation states,application density range of our systems is 45-50 kg/m3.

2. High-resilience sponge process High-resilience cold-cured polyurethane foam formed by cold molding process. It has excellent mechanical properties (high resilience, low hysteresis loss); high compression load ratio, so it has a significant sitting comfort Type; excellent fatigue resistance; feel similar to latex surface; good air permeability and flame retardant properties.
